Our bodies have been created with everything we need to heal. Heal from physical pain, emotional pain, trauma, disease, and illness. When emotions and energy become trapped in our bodies for long periods of time, a disease process begins. We can all take a proactive approach to begin and stay on a path of whole body wellbeing. We just need to find the power within ourselves.

Our world today is not an environment that fosters peace in your body and soul. It is loud. It is busy. It is pulling you in every direction but inward. It is ungrounding. When you are not grounded, it is impossible to focus on what is truly important in your mind, body, and soul. My goal is for you to leave a session feeling like you are lighter in your heart and body, more grounded and standing firmly connected to the earth, and to have a sense of gaining some of your power back. Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a natural form of healing that is a source of this power. Reiki means “universal life force”: the power within ourselves that we ALL possess. This holistic approach is never meant to replace traditional medicine, but to complement and support whole body and mind healing. Reiki healing opens up the flow of energy to clear blockages and allow natural healing to occur. As your practitioner, I will use a combination of intuitive hands on healing, as well as be a conduit for positive energy to flow into you and heal by holding my hands above your body to send in healing energy.

Distance Energy Healing

Distance healing sessions are offered with Ivory Soul Healing, and are just as effective as an in person session. Energy is everywhere, and communication is everywhere in our universe. Your energy can be healed even when you are not able to be physically present.

I will conduct the session just as you are present, clearing blockages and negative energy from your body, while sending positive healing in. You have the power to guide how your session looks and feels: phone call throughout the entire session to talk about what you are feeling and what area is being worked on, a phone call during the last 10 minutes of your session to provide feedback, or a text at the conclusion of your session to provide feedback.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)
